Our service begins welcoming our guest upon leaving Aircraft door’s. In case of remote park of the airplain, a private minivan will escort client to the Terminal.

One of our Mercedes-Benz will be waiting at the exit. Our driver will take our client to their hotel or to the pier to continue by water taxi.
The company’s porters will take care of the client’s luggage at all stages of transfer: they will claim the baggage at the airport, carry it to the intended car and water taxi and deliver it to the hotel.

If the hotel is located on the mainland, our guest will be driven to the airport by one of our luxury car. At the airport, our ground staff will assist the passenger with the check in procedures, if necessary, complete the Tax Free procedure. In addition, our staff will assist the client through all airport security control.
Depending on the airline ticket class, the passenger will be escorted to the corresponding lounge. The hold-off time can also be spent in our provate lounge. In case of remote park, a private Minivan will drive passenger until the Aircraf’s door.
